Refund & Return Policy

At Roji Peptides, we are committed to providing high-quality research compounds. Due to the sensitive nature of our products and the strict chain-of-custody requirements for research-grade materials, our return and refund policies are as follows.

1. Research Use Disclaimer

All products sold on this Site are intended for in-vitro laboratory research use only. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand the intended use of these products and have read and agreed to our Terms of Service.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@rojipeptides.com with your order number.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide your order number, clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s), and a brief description of the issue. Upon review and approval, we will issue a full replacement or refund at our discretion. Shipping costs for replacements due to our error will be covered by us.

4. Quality Concerns

If you have concerns about the purity or identity of a product, contact us at support@rojipeptides.com. We take quality seriously and provide third-party Certificates of Analysis (COA) for every batch — see our COA library. If a legitimate quality issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, we do not accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, altered, or tampered with. Once a product has left our controlled storage environment, we cannot verify its integrity, and it cannot be returned to our inventory.

Products not eligible for return include:

any opened, used, or partially used product;
products that have been stored improperly or exposed to conditions outside recommended storage parameters;
products purchased more than 30 days prior;
products suspected of being intended for human or animal use, which is a direct violation of our Terms of Service.

6. Unopened Product Returns

Unopened products in original, sealed condition may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at support@rojipeptides.com with your order number. All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be shipped back to us using a trackable shipping method at the customer’s expense. A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. Cryptocurrency refunds will be issued at the USD equivalent value at the time of the original purchase, not at the current exchange rate.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Roji Peptides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was misdelivered or lost in transit before delivery confirmation, contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable. We strongly recommend shipping insurance for high-value orders.
