Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We ship all orders via USPS from within the United States.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Free USPS Priority Mail shipping is available on all domestic orders totaling $200 or more before tax. Free shipping offers apply to U.S. addresses only. Monthly autoship orders ship free regardless of total. We reserve the right to modify free shipping thresholds at any time without notice.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the United States, please check back for updates on international shipping availability.
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions visible. This ensures discreet delivery. Products are packed with appropriate protective materials to maintain compound integrity during transit. Temperature-sensitive products may include cold packs during warmer months at our discretion.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@rojipeptides.com.
Delayed Shipments: If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please check the tracking information first. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or volume are outside our control. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Lost Packages: If tracking shows no update for more than 7 business days, contact us at support@rojipeptides.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy for details on damaged order resolution.
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. Once a package is marked as delivered, Roji Peptides is not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or damage that occurs after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to any address at our sole discretion. We may require additional verification for orders shipping to addresses that differ significantly from the billing address. Orders flagged for potential fraud may be delayed for verification.
Upon receiving your order, we recommend storing all research compounds according to the storage instructions provided with each product. Improper storage may affect compound integrity. General guidance: store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reconstituted compounds should be refrigerated. Specific storage instructions are included with each product.
